Riverside Vet and its staff are the absolute best!! Both of my dogs have been seen there. One for a check-up and one for skin allergies. We were seen quickly by professional staff and friendly faces. We felt right at home. And their Christmas photo shoot area was just a big fun bonus!! Highly recommend!

I would give 10 stars if it was possible! I have been looking for an awesome vet since we moved here 4 years ago! Dr. Price is an outstanding provider. You can see that she really cares about her patients and their well-being. The staff is amazing too! They are so good to my babies💕 My daughter loves the snacks in the waiting room🤪 Also the office is gorgeous! So happy we found Riverside Vet!!

We LOVE Riverside Vet! I bring my 5 dogs & cat here and we love every visit. Dr. Price makes you feel informed on the options for care and the tech team loves on your babies just like their own. I never feel rushed or ignored because everyone gives you their full attention when they’re with you. Not to mention, Michelle, the front desk super star, gives you the warmest welcome when you come in. Will always refer to Riverside because you’ll feel taken care of and that the best care is being provided to your pet.

Wouldn’t take my pup anywhere else. Riverside treats its patients and their humans like family and there is never a doubt in my mind that my girl is getting the best care at the best price. Many times they have bent over backwards to accommodate my lab mix, Wilma and I know they will be there if we ever have an emergency. Love Riverside!!

I lived in Rutland, VT for 4 years and the folks at Riverside took terrific care of my little puggle, Sunny. We’re back on Long Island, NY, and just did her yearly shots exam, blood, and stool; while she tolerated the staff here, I could tell she was a bit nervous and misses the good folk at Riverside. I miss you guys too!

I have been bringing my animals to Riverside since 2004 and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is professional and courteous and takes the time to answer all of my questions. They have been quick to respond in emergencies, have accommodated us appropriately for sick visits, and have helped us maintain the health of our pets with friendly reminder cards in the mail when shots or annual exams come due. I believe that the many services they offer are priced fairly (such as healthcare, boarding, and grooming), and Dr. Gifford is amazing!!

I had a lovely experience at Riverside Vet! Dr. Price was so kind and caring towards myself and my sweet kitty. I felt very confident in her exam and diagnosis of my cat’s viral illness. Everyone I interacted with in this office was so friendly and pleasant to talk with. I made my appointment day just a few hours before going in, and it went seamlessly. The office was very clean and decorated beautifully. Snacks and a coffee/water bar were in the front of the office. I highly recommend this veterinarian office!

I can not say enough about Riverside Vet! Dr. Price and her team are top-notch. We adopted a kitten from Greenville Humane Society and needed to get our kitten a check-up. Super easy scheduling and was booked an appointment within the week. The vet tech, McKenzie was timely and consulted our needs and concerns and of course played with our new sweet kitten. Moments later, Dr. Price came in and was super attentive to not only our cat but all of our worries and concerns. A practice truly full of heart!! Will be transfering our two dogs to this practice!

I could not be happier with the care my 12-year-old dog receives here. Dr. Gifford is terrific and, while I have only seen her one time, Dr. Sullivan is also great. The same can be said for the office staff and techs. I would recommend them without hesitation either in Rutland or in Ludlow.

I love Riverside!! I’ve been bringing my cats there for about 8 years now and I’ve always been happy with the care they have received! From the front desk to the techs and the doctors I’ve always been comfortable and my animals have been treated with care and love. Dr. Gifford really knows her stuff and has always been right on in her diagnosis every time. I’ve also brought my bunny twice when he needed treatment for an eye infection. No one likes having a surprise vet bill but I can say I’m happy to pay for the excellent care my animals receive at Riverside!
